1-Year Limited Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. All main devices purchased from Drpen X come with a 1-Year Warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use from the date of delivery.
What is Covered?

Device motor malfunctions.

Internal mechanism failures.

Battery issues (for devices with built-in batteries).

Power/Charging defects.
What is NOT Covered? (Exclusions)
Please note that the following are not covered by the warranty:

Consumables: Disposable parts such as needle cartridges, skincare serums, and separate batteries are not covered unless they arrive damaged.

Accidental Damage: Damage resulting from drops, water exposure, or misuse.

Unauthorized Repair: Any attempt to dismantle or repair the device by a third party will void the warranty.

We offer lifetime technical support for all our customers. If you encounter any issues or need guidance on how to use your device effectively, our team is here to help.
How to Claim Warranty

Evidence: Please attach a video or photo showing the defect. This helps us diagnose the issue quickly without needing you to return the item immediately.

Resolution: If the product is confirmed defective:

We will provide troubleshooting steps first.

If the issue persists, we will arrange for a free repair or send a replacement unit.

Warranty Shipping Costs

Defective on Arrival (Within 30 Days): We cover all shipping costs for replacing items that arrive defective.

Standard Warranty Claims (After 30 Days): The customer is responsible for shipping the defective unit back to us. We will cover the shipping cost of sending the repaired or replacement unit back to the customer.
