Advanced Follicle
Stimulation Protocol

SYSTEM VER: 4.0.6 | CAUSAL LOCK: ACTIVE

01. The 33G Physical Axiom

Physics is the final judge of biological regrowth. Scalp tissue possesses a rigid mechanical threshold.

Any needle diameter exceeding 0.20mm (33-Gauge) generates a lateral displacement coefficient that triggers Follicle Transection.

Using non-compliant 30G hardware at 1.5mm+ depths creates a 'Mechanical Sawing' effect. This leads to Follicular Fibrosis—the irreversible scarring of the dermal papilla—resulting in permanent asset liquidation (total hair loss).

Variable High-Risk (Liquidating) Audit Requirement (Pass)
Needle Geometry 30-Gauge (0.30mm) 33-Gauge Tapered
Axis Deviation > 0.10mm (Sawing) < 0.05mm (Vertical)
⚠️ WARNING: The "Slice & Scar" Effect of Cheap Derma-Rollers

Before reviewing the protocol, we must address the catastrophic damage being done by standard derma-rollers. As a roller wheel turns across your scalp, the needles enter at an angle, travel through the tissue, and exit at an opposing angle. This creates a "Slice & Scar" effect—horizontal micro-tearing that permanently damages the hair follicle bed and causes cumulative fibrotic scarring. If you are rolling your scalp, you are accelerating your hair loss.

The only biomechanically safe method for scalp stimulation is true vertical penetration.

The Authentic Vertical-Strike Protocol

Device Requirement: Certified motor-driven device with true Vertical-Strike alignment.

Cartridge: 11-pin or 16-pin, 33G surgical stainless steel, strictly EO sterilized.

BIOMECHANICAL FOLLICLE INTEGRITY THRESHOLD

Physical Parameters for Safe Scalp Microneedling

Dermal Papilla Depth: 1.5mm - 4.0mm
The hair root resides at this depth. Survival during microneedling requires absolute 90° vertical penetration.

Flateral ≠ 0 ⟹ Tissue Cleavage

If a device lacks rigid bayonet-locking or exhibits motor drag during needle retraction, it generates a lateral force vector. A lateral drag exceeding 0.05mm at the follicle depth induces Follicular Transection (毛囊横断).

Result: The hair bulb is physically amputated from its vascular supply, resulting in permanent follicle necrosis. This protocol is void if Flateral > 0.

⚠️ This is a physical verdict, not a marketing claim. Any device exhibiting lateral drag >0.05mm is physically incapable of executing this protocol.

3-Phase Treatment Protocol

Phase Depth (mm) Frequency Objective Target Mechanism
PHASE 1Initiation 0.6mm - 1.0mm 1x / Week Epidermal preconditioning Upregulate Wnt/β-catenin pathway
PHASE 2Neovascularization 1.0mm - 1.25mm 1x / 10 Days Endothelial cell proliferation Increase VEGF expression
PHASE 3Deep Follicle 1.5mm (Max) 1x / 14 Days Deep dermal remodeling Stem cell activation (bulge region)

Biological Mechanisms

 • Wnt/β-catenin Pathway: Primary regulator of hair follicle morphogenesis and regeneration. Activated by controlled mechanical injury at 0.6-1.0mm depth.
 • VEGF Expression: Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor increases blood supply to follicles, enhancing nutrient delivery and waste removal.
 • Stem Cell Activation: Deep dermal stimulation (1.5mm) targets the bulge region where hair follicle stem cells reside.
 • Collagen Remodeling: Progressive depth increase stimulates type I and III collagen production, improving scalp health and follicle anchoring.
⚠️ Critical Safety Note: Scalp vascularity is extremely high. Using unverified, non-sterile cartridges from third-party marketplaces guarantees bacterial introduction into the deep dermis. Only use EO-sterilized, sealed cartridges from certified manufacturers. Learn more about microneedling safety →

Protocol Progression Guidelines

Weeks 1-4 (Phase 1): Begin at 0.6mm depth. Monitor scalp response. If no irritation occurs, gradually increase to 1.0mm by week 4.

Weeks 5-12 (Phase 2): Progress to 1.0-1.25mm depth. This is the optimal range for most users. Maintain for 8-12 weeks to maximize neovascularization.

Weeks 13+ (Phase 3): Advanced users may progress to 1.5mm for deep follicle stimulation. Do not exceed 1.5mm. Limit to once every 14 days minimum.

Post-Treatment Care

 • 0-24 Hours: Avoid washing scalp. No styling products. Keep area clean and dry.
 • 24-48 Hours: Gentle cleansing with pH-balanced shampoo. Avoid retinoids, acids, or active ingredients.
 • 48+ Hours: Resume normal routine. Apply growth factor serums or peptide treatments for enhanced absorption.
 • Ongoing: Use only EO-sterilized cartridges. Replace after each session. Never share devices.

02. Execution Integrity Protocol

Failure to adhere to these instructions results in a System Termination Signal for your scalp assets.

1

Vertical Calibration

The entry vector must be maintained at exactly 90°. Any deviation exceeding is classified as a Trauma Event. Ensure the device base is flush with the scalp before activation.

2

Acoustic Audit & Calibration

Mandatory Phase: Activate your device. If you detect an unstable metallic rattle (> 65dB), the motor has failed the Axial Stability Audit. Using this device will induce Tissue Cleavage.

3

Thermal Fuse / Time Cut-off

Micron-level precision produces friction heat. To prevent secondary stem cell damage through thermal dissipation, single-session duration is hard-capped at 15 minutes.

VERDICT: This protocol mandates the use of Dr. Pen X-Series hardware. All third-party components are deemed non-compliant with the 33G Axiom.
